This position involves providing administrative support related to corporate transactions. Experience in finance or lending is preferred. The workplace is a branch of a bank located in Osaka with its head office in Thailand. The staff is entirely Japanese, but proficiency in reading and writing English is required. Daily Tasks Include: - Creating internal and transaction-related documents in English. - Drafting approval documents (using Word and Excel templates) and sending them out. - Collecting and verifying documents from trading partners. - Drafting contracts (template input). - Handling telephone communications (mostly forwarding calls). Work Environment: You will have access to support from employees, ensuring a comfortable working atmosphere. No conversational English is necessary as the team consists only of Japanese staff.

SalaryHourly wage 1,600 yen (monthly income example 240,000 yen)
